Thank you for shopping with Xinhfd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return procedure.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.
