Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


How long does shipping take?

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.


My tracking hasn't updated.

Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier.

Sometimes tracking may remain unchanged for 24–48 hours while the package is in transit.

If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?

I entered the wrong shipping address.

Please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes.


What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
